“ I give 4 stars to each and every category. However, 5 stars over all! To be honest, this is a budget friendly local restaurant. Food is good, not the best. A friendly staff greet you, you order and he/she hand you that bowl of noodles. That’s that. It is a spacious place. No stranger will sit 12 inches away from you. You eat, you go, pretty much it. It is all good. Nothing spectacular, but for the money, it is very good in today’s SF Bay Area standard. You should give it a try and I will go back too! ”
“ Good fast service, nice interior and delicious cuisine. I can confidently say that Pho Ha Hoi offers the most exquisite pho I have ever tasted. The broth is perfectly balanced - rich, aromatic, incredibly tasty, but not greasy. The noodles are the right consistency, not too soft, but perfectly absorb the delicious broth. Regardless of whether you love pho or are trying it for the first time, this place is worth visiting for a real and unforgettable pho experience! ”
“ Northern style pho with a very clean and tasty broth. You know this place is legit when you refrigerate their broth and it really thickens up and coagulates due to the richness of collagen in their ingredients they used. The place is very clean and service is great and very attentive. I usually come here mainly for the pho and the spring rolls. I haven't had anything else on the menu, but I'm sure it be the bombtastic. My sides are usually the yolks in broth and the pickled onions. MmmMmm. ”
“ The pho here tastes great here and lots of variety to choose from. The waitress took our order and brought out the food promptly. Water is nearby so we went to refill out cups ourselves. Not sure if that’s normal here since we were just passing through and decided to eat at a local shop. The decorations are great and made the place look nice. ”
“ Really good pho in the area! The beef pho was really good and the meat was high quality! The broth was very flavorful too. I ordered the tomato rice which they said would take 15 mins but came out in 5! The tomato rice tasted amazing and the steak and all the veggies added was amazing!! I couldn't get behind the salad as it was bitter and the dressing didnt help... I also ordered spring rolls which was also really good but not worth 4 for 8... What i love most are the decorations they made! Stuff such as the weaved wooden roof tiles to the fake tree in the middle and the tasteful colors that never felt too flat or out of place! All the carpets and tile felt new! Service was excellent too as they took our orders fast and made any recommendations! ”
“ Went here with my parents. They were fast even though they were a little busy. Front was quick about getting people in to get seated. Food was great. Service was awesome they ordered our food and it didn't seem to long before our food came out. Large portions as well. Which I loved. Also the servers were walking around with a pitcher of water to make sure people needed refills. That when they were not stopped by another customer ordering food. If they were busy someone else would come to help a few minutes after. Really enjoy this place. I'll get Pho next time because that portion of Pho was great. ”
“ Everything was delicious and worth the higher price! Generous portions of pho with plenty of meat and noodles, perfect cha gio, and coconut milkshakes so good you'll come back just for them. My nitpicks are that the service is still like a cheaper restaurant, and the noise levels can be high. ”
“ I love this place, its spacious compared to their other branches, it has a friendly vibe,good for family lunch or dinner. Best of all is the food, they have large portions and they are tasty and super delicious. The meat are tender and tasty, phos are served hot. The vietnamese Iced Coffee is a little milky but still good. It has ample parking space so no need to worry about that and overall its a nice place to check out ”
